Policy
A £15 non-refundable deposit must be made to secure the
appointment. This will be deducted from your total amount. In any case of cancellation, lateness or rescheduling the deposit is non-refundable. After you have made your booking you will receive a
confirmation text.
Please arrive for your appointment make up free around the eyes. No extra company. There is a strict no plus one policy. ALL Sunday & Bank holiday appointments will be charged £15 extra as they are after hour appointments. If you want out of hour & Sunday appointments message me as it can be arranged. Please note that the fullness & lengths of your eyelash extensions will depend on how many natural lashes you have. No two sets will ever
look the same. Each client has a grace period of 24 hours to let me know if lashes are falling out rapidly. After the 24 hours period it will be classed as an
infill.
ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
When booking your appointment please make sure you book accordingly, for example if you would like a removal and a fresh
set, Including extras (Removal, wispy, etc}
Lateness fee & Cancellations Please make sure you are on time to your appointment. If you are
running late please let me know as soon as possible
10 minutes late - £10 fee
15 minutes late - Appointment cancelled If you cancel
Bookings
Infills
You must have 50% of your lashes remaining for it to be classed as infill.
Anything less will be charged as a full set.
Infills are from 2-3 weeks, anything later is a full set.
I do not infill other peoples work so please book removal and full set.
Patch Testing
A patch test is optional but highly recommended if you have sensitive
skin/eyes of if you have never had lash extensions before. Patch test should be booked before your appointment. If you chose not to do a patch test I am not responsible of any reaction that may
